TOEIC 練習問題の答えと英文法解説
1. 正解は(B)の「both」
【解説】everyはtheの前に置けないのと、exchangesのような複数名詞と一緒に使わないので不適切です。overall（全体の）は文意に合いません。eitherはeither A or Bという形で「AかBのどちらか」という意味を表しますが、この文ではorではなくandがあるので、eitherは使えません。空欄で唯一適切な単語はbothです。both A and Bという形で「AもBも」という意味を表します。
【英文】Shimaguchi Corp. is listed on both the New York and Tokyo stock exchanges.
訳：Shimaguchi Corp社はニューヨーク証券取引所にも東京証券取引所にも上場している。

2. 正解は(D)の「Owing to」
